Each year in November the board votes on the upcoming years budget which is used to calculate the dues for members. This year, the purchase of the golf course property has increased the monthly dues slightly more than normal. The board can give a 15% increase each year, but for the past few years we have seen an average of 3-5% increase in dues.
Below are the updated fees, any questions can be directed to the HOA office at 540-888-3549. Each member should receive a coupon book to pay your bill, and there are online options as well.
2016 HOA Monthly Assessments
Membership Lot (no water or sewer) – $47.35
Lot With NO Home (has water and sewer) – $126.26
Lot With a Home – $134.68
Additional Amenity Fees
Boat Slip Rental – $565.00
Boat Registration – $150.00 motor 10hp or over, $50.00 for a motor under 10hp, $10.00 non-motorized (kayak, canoe, paddle board, etc)
Canoe/Kayak Rack Rental – $25.00
Clubhouse Exercise Membership Fee – Free with purchase of $10.00 access card
Clubhouse Rental Fee – $37.50 per hour; $150.00 for 4 hours; $300.00 per day, $500.00 security deposit
Recreational Storage Fee (boats, campers, etc) – Row A $150.00, Other areas $100.00
Vehicle Barcode Decal – $10.00 (allows right lane access)
